TERMS OF DELIVERY
We ship to all European countries and worldwide. Delivery time to European countries takes about 2-3 working days, while International delivery (to countries outside of Europe) takes about 2-5 working days (with exceptions of longer deliveries to specific parts of the world / Islands). When we refer to working days, we refer to Monday-Friday excluding public holidays. In some countries in cooperation with the postal services and their partners your order can be delivered on Saturday and Sunday as well. Delivery to European countries costs 5.95 EUR and International Delivery costs 9.95 EUR. Shipping costs to the UK (outside EU) are 8.90 GBP / 9.95 EUR.

Chiquelle is liable if the goods are damaged or lost in transit. You will need to contact our customer service within 14 days. If the goods are lost or damaged when you return the product it is you who will be liable. Cancellation after the order has been placed and dispatched is not possible. In cases where the order has been dispatched, the customer is required to receive/pick up the order. During times of high traffic, such as public holidays, there may be slightly longer delivery times.
You will receive a confirmation email from us *email@example.com* when your order is processed. You will also receive a dispatch email from *firstname.lastname@example.org* when your order has left our warehouse. If you do not receive the dispatch email within 2-3 working days, please contact our customer service team. We are entitled to charge the Customer a fee of 15 EUR if the package is not retrieved.
If you live in a country which is part of the European Unionyou do not have to pay for taxes & duties. If you live outside of Europe (for example the States, Canada, Australia etc.), your order may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Chiquelle cannot control and is not responsible for any duties/taxes applied to your package. You will be responsible for paying additional charges for customs clearance (outside of Europe).
