Cancellations, returns & refunds
Under the Distance Selling Regulations (European & Swedish law) you can cancel/return your order at any time within 14 days, beginning on the day after you receive the goods. You must retain and take reasonable care of the products you want to return. The goods must be sent back to our warehouse in good condition, in their original box with all tags, including any Chiquelle hangtags, attached and well packaged.
How to return an item: European & International Returns
EUROPE: PLEASE USE THE RETURN LABEL TO SEND YOUR PACKAGE BACK. 📦
Please follow the instructions on the return form included in your package. If you lost it, please e-mail us! You must return your items within 14 days from the day you received your package. You will receive your refund in the original form of payment. Unfortunately we cannot refund duties, taxes or shipping charges. Refunds will be processed within approximately 14 working days after we receive your return.

- Complete the form and fill in your: Full Name, Item Name, Size, Reason code
- Securely pack your item(s) using the original package
- Attach the DHL return label to your package containing the item(s) you’re returning
- Bring your package back to your nearest DHL Service Point
Can I exchange an item? Unfortunately at this moment we can’t make any exchanges. If you want to change a product to another size or color, we kindly ask you to place a new order.
We will charge 5.95 EUR for the return costs in Europe and 9.95 EUR for the return costs outside Europe (International).
INTERNATIONAL: For customers outside Europe -- who are not receiving return labels due to customs and regulations -- you are responsible for sending back your package yourself to our address below:
